LiveAbility is a small clinic offering timely, high quality, one-on-one, client-centered therapy services. This type of therapy allows the client and therapist to form a therapeutic relationship and can facilitate better client outcomes, often in a shorter period of time.

Insurance

In an effort to provide access to high quality therapy services to clients who would otherwise not have access, and to comply with federal Medicare regulations, LiveAbility accepts limited insurance as follows;

Original Medicare Part B
NM Medicaid Turquoise Plans
BCBS
Presbyterian
Presbyterian Advantage Plans
Humana Advantage Plans

For insurance carriers not included in the list above, LiveAbility may offer to bill out-of-network on your behalf. Alternatively, superbills can be provided for most services rendered and submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement

Please note some services offered through LiveAbility may not be covered by insurance

Cash, check, and credit card are accepted. Where applicable by law, a 3% convenience fee will be added to credit and debit card transactions

Fees may be subject to New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax
